 Both The Queens House and The National Maritime Museum are FREE and you do not need to book 

The Cutty Sark and the Royal Observatory (Flamstead House) you have to pay and it is advisable to book.

The Royal Observatory gets very busy so it may be worthwhile booking at least 1 1/2 hrs before your tour to make sure you can get to the starting point on time.
